The Mobile Application ,Website are provided by Sahyadri Technologies company incorporated under the laws of India with its office at Rajdhani Tower, Rajwada, Satara, 415002. In these Terms of Service, the term "User" or “You” refers to you, the Person or entity using the Mobile Application, the Website and/or procuring any goods, service or product from Sahyadri Technologies. It is clarified that in case of a company, partnership, trust or any other legal entity which uses or accesses the Services or the Sahyadri Technologies Products, "User" shall include such company, partnership, trust or any other legal entity.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Mobile Application, Store, Desktop Application, Website, platform and any services provided by Sahyadri Technologies, except as may be specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Sahyadri Technologies reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to Sahyadri Technologies application, website or platform. It is the User’s responsibility to check the said link periodically for changes. Following the posting of any changes, the User’s continued use of or access to the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, Website, Store or any other products or services from Sahyadri Technologies, constitutes acceptance of such revised Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service refer to, incorporate, and include the privacy policy of Sahyadri Technologies which sets out the terms on which Sahyadri Technologies process any personal data collects from the User, or that the User provides to us. By using the Sahyadri Technologies Products, the User consents to such processing and the User warrants that all data provided by the User is accurate.
1. Sahyadri permits cancellation of subscription if a User is not satisfied with the product or service. Cancellation of a first-time subscription is eligible for refund only within 7 days from the date of purchase of subscription (“Purchase Date”).
2. User can only avail refund once. Renewal of subscription after the expiration of its term shall not entitle a User to avail refund.
3. The date on invoice for subscription shall be considered as final and conclusive for determining the Purchase Date.
